Salesforce – Add Mass Leads to Campaign

Company wants to add members from leads to campaign. To add many leads to campaigns individually is time consuming. We can use Add mass Leads o Campaign tool or through campaign members related list on campaign record detail page.

Lead Object (scroll down) > Tools > Add Mass Leads to Campaign

Campaign: Select a campaign where you want to add leads.

Member Status: Select Sent/Respond

Next

Select members from leads to be added into campaigns. You can also search and filter leads members using Edit or Create New View and then click Add to Campaign.

Member from the lead has been added to campaign. Click Done.
