Salesforce – Mass Reassign Account Teams: Remove an Account Team Member

Organization want to delete existing account team member at a time. Using Salesforce, delete a team member on any record that contains that team member.

Setup > Data Management > Mass reassign Account Teams

Select: Remove an account team member > Next

Search for Accounts:
Use the filter to search for the accounts for which you want to delete team member. You can set the information to display in each column of the list.

You can see that the list of columns selected in the previous step are displayed in the step 3 (select accounts). Select the desired accounts for which you want to delete team members.

Remove an account team member:
Existing Team Member: User/Partner User and select the current user.
Team Role: Select the assigned role you want to delete.  

Select the following options as desired.
Reassign all open activities owned by the removed team member to the account owner
Reassign all open opportunities owned by the removed team member to the account owner
Reassign all open cases owned by the removed team member to the account owner
Reassign all contacts owned by the removed team member to the account owner
Remove

Done

We have removed account team member from the related list.
