Salesforce – Holidays

In Holidays you can configure the date and time. When the holidays are added to the business hours that date and time the customer service will be unavailable for the customers.

Setup > Company Profile > Holidays > New

Enter the Holiday Name, Description, Date and Time.

Recurring Holiday: Enable, if you schedule the holiday to recur during specific dates and times.

If Recurring Holiday is enabled following page is displayed.

We can configure the recurring frequency to daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. We can set start date and end date or no end date and save.

Holiday is created. Now you can assign the holiday to the business hours.
