On case record detail page we have solutions related list. We want to enable View Suggested Solutions so the user can see relevant solutions that may help them solve particular case they are viewing. If multilingual solutions is enabled then the support reps can access solutions in multiple languages.
Current solutions related list on case record detail page.
Setup > Customize > Case > Support Settings
Support Settings > Enable Suggested Solutions
Now we see the View Suggested Solutions button on solutions related list on case record detail page.
Click View Suggested Solutions following page is displayed with relevant reviewed solutions and relevant unreviewed solutions.
