To generate backup of your data on a weekly or monthly basis
depending upon edition. CSV file generated when we export data.
Setup > Data Management > Data Export > Export Now
Monthly Export Service
Include images,
documents, and attachments: Enable to include images, documents and attachments
to export.
Include Chatter files
and Salesforce CRM Content document versions: Enable to chatter filed and Salesforce
CRM content versions while exporting.
Replace carriage
returns with spaces: To have spaces instead of carriage returns or line
breaks in your export files
Select types of data to include in your export. Click Start
Export and CVS file is generated.
