Settings that specify which connected apps are visible in
the app menu.
Setup > Manager Users > Profiles (Select a profile)
Custom Sales Profile
Click Assigned Connected Apps: Here you decide the visibility
of connected apps in the app menu.
Edit
Select the Connected Apps to be assigned to the profile to
give access to the user and save.
We have assigned connected app to the profile.
