Salesforce – Search Layouts: Search filter Fields

Setup > Customize > Select Object (Contacts) > Search Layouts

Search Layouts > Search Filter Fields (Edit)

Select the fields to be included into the Search Filter Fields for Contacts.

We have added fields to the contacts search filter fields.

Click Show Filters

Enter First Name and Apply Filters.
