Administrator and User can upload Microsoft Word mail merge
template into the Salesforce.
Setup > Communication Templates > Mail Merge Templates
> New Template
Microsoft Document: Mail Merge Template
Save the word document as .doc or .docx.
Name: Sample Mail Merge Template
File: Choose File by selecting and uploading the Microsoft word
file.
Save
Mail Merge Template created
